**About the role**: Support the company in optimizing its financial transactions and systems. Assisting in streamlining and improving the accounts payable process. Grow and strengthen relationships with vendors through timely payments.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process outgoing payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures.
- Perform day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying and recording accounts payable data.
- Reconcile accounts payable ledger to ensure that all bills and payments are accounted for and properly posted.
- Verify and investigate discrepancies if any by reconciling monthly statements of vendors.
- Maintain meticulous records of outstanding payables.
- Ensure accuracy of organization’s financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes
- Protect businesses against unintentional overpayment.

**Required Skills**:

- Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting and bookkeeping
- Detail oriented and organized
- Computation skills
- Good written oral and written communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure
- Computer proficiency in MS office

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per year
