Job Summary: We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Accountant to join our team . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulations, and providing accurate financial information to support our retail operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.

Budgeting: Assist in the development of budgets and financial forecasts to support business planning.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.

Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.

Expense Management: Monitor and control company expenses, identifying cost-saving opportunities.

Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, variances, and areas for improvement.

Vendor Management: Manage relationships with vendors and ensure timely payment of invoices.

Skills:

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Ability to analyze financial data and prepare accurate reports.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
