Content Creator/ Instructor

**Key Responsibilities:As a Content Creator**:

- Develop engaging, informative, and well-structured educational content across various formats, including articles, videos, courses, and interactive materials.
- Research and integrate current trends and best practices in content creation and instructional methodologies.
- Utilize AI-driven tools to enhance content generation and personalization.

**As an Instructor**:

- Deliver high-quality training sessions on topics such as content marketing, AI-driven writing, prompt engineering, and digital storytelling.
- Create course materials, assignments, and assessments to enhance learning outcomes.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to students throughout their learning journey.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in AI and content creation.
- Conduct workshops and hands-on training sessions to enhance practical learning experiences.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
- Proven experience in content creation, instructional design, or training.
- Prior teaching, training, or mentoring experience in an academic or corporate setting is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of AI content generation tools, prompt engineering, and NLP models.
- Proficiency in tools such as ChatGPT, Jasper AI, Copy.ai, and other AI-driven platforms.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to develop engaging, structured, and interactive course materials.
- Passion for teaching, mentoring, and guiding aspiring content creators.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Industry certifications in content marketing, AI writing, or instructional design.
- Experience working in a corporate digital marketing or AI-driven content environment.
- Familiarity with AI automation platforms such as Open AI, Google Gemini, and Claude AI.
- Ability to develop and implement innovative teaching methodologies.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:
