**Responsibility**
**Inspecting and Testing**:QC inspectors examine raw materials, products in various stages of production, and finished goods to identify defects, inconsistencies, or deviations from standards.
**Monitoring Production Processes**:They observe and analyze production processes to ensure adherence to quality control procedures and identify potential issues.
**Data Analysis and Reporting**:QC professionals collect, analyze, and report on inspection data, including weights, measurements, grades, and other relevant information.
**Identifying and Resolving Issues**:They identify defects, suggest corrective actions, and collaborate with other teams to address quality concerns.
**Maintaining Records and Documentation**:QC inspectors maintain accurate records of inspection activities, including reports, re-works, and waste, and update quality databases. **Training and Support**:They may train production staff on quality control procedures and standards and provide support for quality-related questions.
**Root Cause Analysis**: QC specialists conduct root cause analysis to identify the underlying reasons for quality issues and develop preventive measures.
**Compliance and Audits**:They ensure compliance with industry regulations, company policies, and participate in internal and external audits as needed.
**Continuous Improvement**:QC professionals often participate in continuous improvement initiatives to optimize quality control methodologies and practices.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
