**Designation**: AVP- Audio Video & Collaboration Solutions

**Location**: Bangalore

**Years of experience -**
- 15 years of work experience with at least 10+ years of relevant Pre-Sales experience.
- Experience in Solution Provider or System Integrator ecosystems, selling to end customers and engaging with OEMs, Distributors, Internal stakeholders, and Customers.
- Minimum experience in designing and delivering at least 10 turnkey Datacenter projects.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or equivalent from a reputed university.
- CTS and CTS-D certifications preferred.
- Industry-standard certifications such as DMC-D & DMC-E (Crestron), Extron XTP, Kramer, Bosch, Lightware certifications are valuable.

**Requirements**:

- Deep expertise in Audio Video & Controls Ecosystems, including environment and automation integration.
- Strong knowledge of designing, deploying, and implementing AV infrastructure for boardrooms, training rooms, conference rooms, video walls, and more.
- Ability to develop AV concepts and design BOM/BOQ as per customer needs.
- Skilled in generating single-line diagrams, block drawings, and coordinating with stakeholders like PM, Interior, Civil, Electrical, and IT teams.
- Competence in managing the deployment phase of projects, including material management, resource handling, planning, milestone tracking, and customer communication.
- Strong relationship management with OEMs, ensuring access to cutting-edge technologies.
- Proficiency in competition analysis and market trend awareness for technology adaptation.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Sales teams, customers, and internal teams for technical proposals, project handovers, and consistent solutions.
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
- Proficiency in O365 platform for internal tools.
- Self-motivated, self-driven, target-oriented, and growth-focused.
- Excellent relationship management and solution-convincing skills.
- Ability to coach colleagues and take on mentorship roles.
