**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute creative content strategies for platforms like Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
- Create engaging and high-quality content, including videos, images, stories, reels, and written posts.
- Stay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms to optimize engagement.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align content with campaigns and branding.
- Monitor analytics and engagement metrics to assess content performance and make improvements.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments/messages, and build an active online community.
- Shoot and edit short-form and long-form video content as needed.
- Manage content calendars and schedule posts for consistency.
- Work with graphic designers, photographers, and videographers to enhance content quality.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Content Creator, Social Media Manager, or similar role.
- Strong content creation skills, including video editing, graphic design, and copywriting.
- Proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), CapCut, or similar.
- Knowledge of social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite).
- Ability to create compelling, trend-driven content that resonates with target audiences.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics, creativity, and detail.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and brand collaborations is a plus.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Experience with paid social media advertising is a bonus.
