- Looking after a set of 150-250 merchants depending on Metro, Mini-Metro or BFLP town
- Outlet Coverage on a daily basis as per pre-decided beat plan, 25-40 merchants per day
- Daily Order booking from set of merchants assigned for the day
- Deliver value targets through width (lines sold) and depth (weighted distribution)
- Execute Trade Marketing programs at Merchant level
- Activated Distribution - Shelf Displays, Product Placement at eye-level, POSM material placement etc.
- Daily Reporting - Attendance, Value Sales Achieved for the day, lines sold
- Collections - Applicable where credit is given, influence Merchants to pay as per timelines
- Ensure Merchant satisfaction in terms of service given and resolution of issues
- Keeping track of competition activity and duly informing TSI/ Senior CSO
