Key Responsibilities
- **Team Leadership**:Supervise and guide the maintenance team, assigning work and ensuring all personnel understand their tasks and safety procedures.
- **Maintenance Planning**:Develop, schedule, and complete preventive maintenance activities to minimize downtime and ensure optimal equipment performance.
- **Troubleshooting**:Provide guidance and expertise in diagnosing and resolving mechanical problems with plant equipment.
- **Safety & Compliance**:Enforce safety policies and procedures, identify potential hazards, and develop mitigation strategies to ensure a secure working environment.
- **Quality Control**:Ensure that maintenance work adheres to quality standards and regulatory requirements.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
