Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed cost estimates and BOQs for both civil and interior works.
- Analyze project drawings, specifications, and requirements to forecast costs and timelines.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure costs are within budget and identify potential variations early.
- Evaluate tenders, negotiate with vendors/subcontractors, and issue work orders.
- Track work progress on-site and certify contractor/vendor bills.
- Prepare and review cost reports, cash flow statements, and project valuations.
- Liaise with site engineers, architects, project managers, and clients.
- Conduct site measurements and inspections to ensure accuracy in billing and quality of work.
- Handle contract administration, change orders, and final account settlements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, statutory regulations, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (mandatory).
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in quantity surveying for both civil and interior projects.
- Strong understanding of construction techniques, interior finishes, and market rates.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Project, and QS software.
- Excellent numerical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.

Preferred Attributes:

- Prior experience working with both residential and commercial projects.
- Knowledge of relevant codes, safety standards, and local construction regulations.
- Attention to detail with a proactive approach to cost control and budgeting.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
