Principal Enterprise Architect

**Job Description Summary**: This Global Product Architect is responsible for architecting and defining strategic technology roadmap for SAP implementation at GE Aerospace MRO shops. The primary MRO business process areas are planning, shop floor execution (service & repair), engineering & quality.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Be responsible and accountable for delivering architectural, functional and technical solution to the business requirement primarily on the SAP modules PM, PS, QM, MM and CS.
- Partner with SAP Product Architects and business to build technical roadmap, prioritize, and deliver
- Stays up-to-date with Industry or Company Best Practices and recommend technology improvements in specific domain
- Research and evaluate emerging technology, industry and market trends to assist in project development and/or operational support activities.
- Assist in the analysis, design and development of a roadmap and implementation based upon a current vs. future state in a cohesive architecture viewpoint.
- Coach other team members on current and new technology solutions
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, vendor resources and IT team to define the process / functional flow SAP and its integrated system.
- Present to leadership team the overall functional and technical strategy

**Qualification/Requirements**
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience.
- 15+ Years of Configuration and Solution Architect experience in SAP implementations primarily in SAP modules PM, PS, QM, MM and CS with 2+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience.
- Experience on SAP modules like Service Management, Asset Manager, RSH and IBP is an added advantage
- Experience in playing an principal architect role for 2 or more SAP implementation
- Experience on Fiori and ABAP is an added advantage
- Experience on integrating SAP with external systems (SAP PI/PO)
- Experience in MRO business is an added advantage
- Able to produce functional area information in sufficient detail for cross-functional teams that work on other SAP modules
- Ability to consult customer on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level
- Ability to Analyze, design, and develop a software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon a current vs. future state of the business.
- Knowledgeable of full range of solution catalog within a business unit and able to discuss overall solution at depth.
