Job title : Principal AI Architect Location: Bangalore / Hyderabad / ChennaiExperience: 12 to 15 YearsSummary:We are seeking a highly experienced Principal AI Architect to lead the design, development, and deployment of cutting-edge AI solutions with a strong focus on Generative AI (GenAI) , Agentic AI frameworks , and Python-based development . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving AI strategy, defining technical architecture, leading cross-functional teams, and ensuring scalable, secure, and enterprise-grade AI solutions.Roles and Responsibilities:AI Strategy & ArchitectureDefine and own the AI architecture vision, aligning with business objectives and future technology trends.Architect scalable AI/ML platforms leveraging GenAI models, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks .Drive innovation in autonomous AI agents, multi-agent collaboration, and knowledge-driven systems .Solution Design & DevelopmentLead design of end-to-end AI solutions including data pipelines, model training, deployment, and monitoring.Evaluate, fine-tune, and integrate LLMs (GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) into enterprise systems.Build and optimize agentic workflows for automation, reasoning, and decision-making.Ensure secure, ethical, and responsible AI practices across all solutions.Technical LeadershipGuide teams on Python-based AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face).Mentor data scientists, ML engineers, and solution architects.Collaborate with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to align AI adoption strategy.Innovation & ResearchStay ahead of industry trends in GenAI, Agentic AI, RAG (Retrieval Augmented Generation), and multi-modal AI .Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and vendors for enterprise adoption.Drive PoCs and innovation initiatives to assess business value of AI-driven solutions.Required Skills:Experience (12–15 years) in AI/ML, software engineering, and solution architecture , with at least 4–5 years in leadership/architectural roles .Strong expertise in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face, LangChain, LlamaIndex).Proven experience with GenAI models (OpenAI, Anthropic, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.) – fine-tuning, prompt engineering, model integration.Hands-on experience in Agentic AI frameworks, autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration .Deep understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) , vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS, Milvus), and knowledge graphs.Experience in cloud-based AI platforms (AWS Sagemaker, Azure AI, GCP Vertex AI).Solid grasp of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, model governance, and monitoring .Strong knowledge of data engineering, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems .Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.Desired Skills:Experience with multi-modal AI (text, image, video, speech).Exposure to enterprise-grade AI security, compliance, and responsible AI frameworks .Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications .Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or related field .
