Role Overview

We are looking for a young, creative, and analytics-driven Digital Marketer who’s eager to grow in a fast-paced agency environment. This is a full-time office role ideal for freshers or professionals with up to 2 years of experience.

Key Responsibilities
- **Assist in running & optimizing Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads campaigns**
- **Support in SEO activities—keyword research, content briefs, on-page/off-page optimization**
- **Create and manage social media content calendars in coordination with design and content teams**
- **Analyze campaign performance (CTR, CPL, ROAS) and compile performance reports**
- **Collaborate with internal teams for ad copies, creatives, landing pages, etc.**
- **Participate in brainstorming for branding, campaign strategy, and client presentations**
- **Help coordinate influencer marketing campaigns and execution timelines**

Skills & Tools You Should Know (or Be Eager to Learn):

- **Digital Ads: Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads**
- **SEO: Basic knowledge of SEMrush / Ahrefs / Google Search Console**
- **Social Media: Trends, analytics, content planning**
- **Analytics: Google Analytics, Meta Insights, basic Excel/Sheets**
- **Communication: Clear written/verbal skills, good with coordination**
- **Tools: Canva, ChatGPT, Google Workspace**

Preferred Qualifications
- **Any degree is welcome - enthusiasm and skill matter more than your major**
- **Internship or prior exposure to digital marketing (preferred but not mandatory)**
- **Strong interest in performance marketing, lead generation, or brand strategy**
- **Certifications in Meta, Google, or HubSpot (a plus)**
