**Job Description**:
- Singing Sokrati’s Product & Service Offering & understand technology aspects of it on the back-end
- Full responsibility for end-to-end customer engagement including business analysis, business solution architecting, managing scope and schedule, delivery & optimization and client management
- Creating customized & impactful presentations to showcase performance impact. Be heart, mind and voice of client within Sokrati
- Being on top of Industry Updates from technology, competition & functionality perspective
- Managing & prioritizing Prospects Pipeline - in line with monthly/quarterly/yearly goals
- Deliver against assigned quarterly new customer acquisition and revenue growth targets

**Qualifications**:
**Qualifications**- Have 1+ years of Client Management or client-facing experience (Digital Advertising/ Technology / Marketing Industry preferred)
- Are willing to work in the base city (Mumbai, Nagpur)
- Are a great Story Teller and an elegant negotiator
- Love Digital Marketing and everything around it
- Are aggressive & Take Control
- Are Highly organized
- And most importantly, LOVE customers & strive for every inch of their satisfaction
