Content Editor

**Position Summary**: A mystery shop evaluation is a snapshot of what happens when a customer evaluates a business. The reports are a set of questions that contain findings, both positive and negative. This role involves reviewing and editing automotive-related mystery shop evaluations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and high-quality content. As part of our team, you will ensure our clients receive precise insights into their brand, helping maintain and enhance customer satisfaction while upholding high standards of grammar, spelling, and syntax.

**POSITION AVAILABLE: Content Editor (**Proofreader**) - Mumbai - Full time**

**Responsibilities**:

- Edit project reports for accuracy in consistency/relevance of content, spelling, language usage, grammar, etc. Projects could be from any industry including Automobile.
- For Automobile projects ensure that dealership quotations are accurately recorded in reports based on client requirements - Verify/cross-check pricing comparisons based on the data provided and via the Internet.
- For projects having audio recording, you will have to listen to the audio and fill the report accordingly.
- Report inconsistencies/contradictions in report content
- Report/communicate specific editing problems to the project teams
- Coordinate with Operations Team on client change requests
- Adhere to the timelines and completion of reports
- Other editing assignments as needed

**Associated Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Required**:
Education - Fresher / Graduate with min. 1+ yrs. experience in proofreading/content editing from any industry.

Salary offered: 3 - 4.20 LPA.
