**Roles & Responsibilities**:

- Repairing and Installation of headsets
- Visiting Client site for demo and floor interaction
- Non warranty repairs and revenue target achievement.
- Create monthly and weekly Reports and Documentation
- Capable to communicate with customers to meet their expectations with good communication skill both in English & Hindi (written and spoken) & proficiency in Report/ MOM writing.
- Demonstration and Installation of Company Products at Client location.
- Prepare & maintain record related to customer complaints & spares records.
- Capable for bringing the non-warranty service revenue/ AMC from customers.
- Capable for working in Flexible hours. At times, should be ready to work for long hours depending upon customer’s requirement.
- Willing to travel once in a while for outstation service requirement/ visit to HO for training etc.

**Skills/Qualifications: -**
- ITI or Polytechnic Diploma or graduation in Electronics.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in service industry.
- Willing to work in shifts
- **Must have own conveyance.**
- Should have good negotiation Skills.
- Result oriented, high emotional intelligence, restless and willing to work under agreed parameters of performance and operating conditions.
- Should have good communication skills and Pleasant Personality.

**Salary**: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
