**Job Title**: Visitor Visa Counsellor and Processor

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Client Consultation**:

- Assess clients’ eligibility for visitor visas based on their individual circumstances.

2. **Application Processing**:

- Ensure all required documentation is collected, reviewed, and submitted in compliance with visa regulations.

3. **Document Review**:

- Verify the authenticity and completeness of supporting documents provided by clients.
- Advise clients on how to obtain and prepare necessary documentation, including financial statements, invitation letters, and travel itineraries.

4. **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Stay updated on changes in visa policies, procedures, and regulations to ensure accurate and current advice.

5. **Client Support**:

7. **Coordination**:

- Coordinate with other departments or stakeholders involved in the visa process.

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in document review.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, CRM systems).

**Knowledge**:

- Comprehensive understanding of visa regulations and immigration policies.
- Familiarity with document verification and compliance procedures.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
