**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to prospective parents/students to provide information about the school’s academic programs, facilities, and admission process.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to queries, and provide accurate and timely information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain detailed records of calls and inquiries in the system.
- Assist in scheduling campus visits, interviews, and entrance exams.
- Coordinate with the admissions and marketing teams to support enrollment campaigns.
- Maintain a courteous and professional tone in all interactions.
- Keep updated records of calls and admissions data.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, or school admissions is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages spoken in your region].
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems).
- Positive attitude, patience, and ability to handle calls politely and professionally.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**Preferred Skills**
- Fluency in multiple languages.
- Experience in working with educational institutions.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.

Pay: From ₹10,000.00 per month
