**Job Title**: Telecaller
**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products or services.
- Answer inbound calls and address customer inquiries, complaints, or issues.
- Provide accurate information about products, services, and offers.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while communicating with customers.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their needs are met and build long-term relationships.
- Record and update customer details, call outcomes, and feedback in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call targets and sales goals.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing team to improve lead conversion.
- Handle objections and negotiate effectively to close sales or appointments.
- Stay updated on company products, services, and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telemarketer, or in a similar customer service/sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language(s) required, e.g., English, Hindi, etc.].
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
- Good listening skills and problem-solving abilities.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
