Job Description: Telesales Executive
Company: Duxbed Innovations Pvt Ltd
Location: Melattur, Malappuram
Work Timing: Monday to Friday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, Saturday 9:00 am to 2.30 pm
Role OverviewAs a Telesales Executive at Duxbed Innovations Pvt Ltd, you will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential and existing customers. Your primary goal is to promote and sell our products, answer customer queries, and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote and sell company products and services.
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries about products, prices, and offers.
- Use sales scripts provided by the company to engage customers and handle objections.
- Accurately record customer details, sales, and feedback in the company database.
- Process customer orders and ensure timely follow-up as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services to provide accurate information and recommendations.
- Handle customer complaints or direct them to the appropriate department for resolution.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in sales or marketing are a plus.
- Previous experience in telesales, telemarketing, or a similar sales/customer service role preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to follow scripts and adapt to customer responses
- Goal-oriented with the ability to handle rejection and work under pressure
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
