**Job Description: Subject Matter Expert - Creative Writing**

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Content Development**:

- Create, review, and refine creative writing materials, including guides, tutorials, assignments, and examples.
- Develop engaging content for workshops, online courses, or training programs.
- **Mentorship and Support**:

- Act as a mentor to learners or team members, providing constructive feedback on creative work.
- Address questions and challenges related to creative writing techniques, styles, and processes.
- **Research and Insights**:

- Stay updated on trends in creative writing and publishing industries.
- Analyze emerging literary styles and genres to incorporate into learning materials.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with instructional designers, editors, and educators to develop user-focused resources.
- Partner with marketing and outreach teams to promote creative writing initiatives.
- **Quality Assurance**:

- Ensure all creative writing content meets high-quality standards and aligns with educational goals.

**Qualifications**:

- **Educational Background**: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Creative Writing, English Literature, Journalism, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in creative writing, content creation, or publishing (e.g., books, screenplays, articles, or blogs).
- **Skills**:

- Exceptional writing and editing abilities across various genres and formats.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a creative mindset.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring and collaboration.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Familiarity with online learning platforms and content management systems.
- Experience conducting workshops or delivering creative writing training sessions.
- Portfolio showcasing diverse creative writing works.

**Employment Type**: Full-time.
