Pranav Creations Pvt Ltd seeks a skilled and visionary Fashion Designer with a passion for women’s ethnic wear. The designer will play a key role in crafting elegant, trendsetting collections that resonate with contemporary and traditional styles. This role demands a deep understanding of ethnic fashion, fabrics, and embellishments, along with the creativity to produce standout designs for our wholesale line.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Design & Conceptualization**: Create innovative and appealing designs for ethnic wear collections, blending traditional elements with modern trends.
- **Trend Research**: Stay updated with fashion trends, fabrics, and color palettes to inspire new designs that cater to market demands and seasonal styles.
- **Sketching & CAD**: Develop detailed sketches, CAD illustrations, and color palettes to convey ideas clearly.
- **Fabric Selection & Sourcing**: Choose appropriate fabrics and embellishments to match the design requirements, ensuring quality and feasibility for large-scale production.
- **Quality Control**: Inspect samples and finished products to ensure consistency with design specifications and quality standards.
- **Collaboration**: Coordinate with the vendors to manage timelines and resolve any issues related to fit, style, or material.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum 1 years of experience in designing ethnic wear, ideally in a wholesale or high-volume production setting.

**Skills**:

- Strong knowledge of ethnic wear fabrics, embellishments, embroidery techniques, and garment construction.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent sketching and visual design skills.
- Good communication and project management skills to handle multiple projects concurrently.
