**Position Overview**

As a key contributor the IT Product Owner - FSL & STL will take on a pivotal role in shaping and enhancing our IT & Digital. The focus will be on Leasing business solutions regarding 'Full-Service Leasing' and 'Short Term Leasing'. This position focuses on all stakeholders that will be involved or impacted by the product delivery, particularly our (internal) customers, and collaborates with cross-functional teams, including IT, Operations, Customer Service Management and Finance, to ensure that our technology solutions meet the business’ needs.

**General Responsibilities**
- Understand, document, and prioritize high level business requirements.
- Convert high level business requirements into executable, detailed user stories to enable development.
- Document key business processes and systems and understand how they operate/integrate.
- Maintain reporting dashboard of all change requests and statuses.
- Facilitate review of all IT change requests via the Change Review Board.
- Manage the relationship between IT and key stakeholders and management teams including subsidiaries leadership, meeting on a regular basis, and identifying all business initiatives and future projects.
- Proactively identify opportunities to leverage technical solutions and emerging technologies to facilitate business solutions.
- Provide expertise and advice to business unit owners, IT leaders, project teams, and other support teams.
- Add approved changes to the IT development backlog to include epics and user stories.
- Provide ways to identify and understand customer needs, gaps and opportunities using customer-centric design approaches.
- Improve the quality of product ideas.
- Play a crucial role in the agile development process, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Assist in product testing, analysis, and diagnosis.
- Document procedures, standards, best practices, configuration settings and sequences.
- Evolve the understanding of customers and the marketplace to solidify a strong product vision.
- Additional duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Aviation
Management or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, preferably in Aviation, Logistics and/or Leasing.
- Experience working within an Agile Scrum Environment.
- Scrum certification (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) is a plus.
- Ability to process information, take direction and deliver actionable results with mínimal supervision.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to summarize complex concepts into business terms.
- Ability to understand customer and business needs and convert them into a compelling
product vision.
- High attention to detail including precise and effective communication and proven ability to manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously.
- Ability to create detailed, well-written documentation for a variety of audiences.
- Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Results driven and can lead/drive solutions.
- Experience initiating and driving projects to completion with mínimal guidance.
- Highly self-motivated and keen to work in a fast-paced organization with a passion for working on new technologies.
- Enthusiasm to proactively coordinate and act within a team environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as under the direction of product managers.
- Business process re-engineering and optimization skills, experience with business process modeling or use case modeling is a plus.
- Strong understanding of data analytics, a working knowledge of data mining and OLAP tools is a plus.
