Follow-up of leads ensuring the admissions into the academy to meet expectations of the business plan of the academy.
- Acting as a first point of contact for Admissions, from enquiry throughout the enrolment.
- To design and manage a wow walk in experience for students when they first visit academy.
- Documenting and responsible for the visit management, enrolment, recording of accurate information and liaison with key members of staff. - Responsible to produce timely, accurate and high-quality data - Data to support continuous analysis... Knowledge of Customer Management.
- Responsible to generate business for shoot & manage key clients.
- To maintain good working relation with Shoot crew members & production houses for successful completion of projects
- To liaise with shoots Head on final quote& communicate the same to production house.
- Prepare a pro-forma invoice, coordinate & all other relevant documents in consultation the same to production house.
- Prepare a pro-forma invoice, contract & all other relevant documents in consultation in Shoots Head.
- On project confirmation, coordinate with relevant stylists on dates & block stylist dates in salon.
- To ensure smooth on boarding of crew on every new project & resolve any issues if any. Visit shoot sites to interact with stylists /EP/LP/ to understand if everything is under control & monitor client satisfaction.
- Liaise with production to catalogue & archive behind the scene images, videos & final product.
- Post production, credit placement to be followed through.
- To maintain a running calendar/ MIS on shoot crew stylist availability/ quarterly leave forecast/ weekly report on stylists who are on shoot projects/ which salon & what level / how many days in that week.
- To ensure weekly billing process & follow up with parties for recovery of payments.
- To have an MIS update on outstanding recoveries & progress thereof & escalate to Shoot Director for any early warning signals.
- In case of non-payment, withdraw stylists support & credit facility.
- To create & periodically update the client presentation deck/show reel to introduce BBlunt stylists to prospective clients.
- Meet celebrity manager / production houses / ad agencies/editors/freelance producers for business development & networking
- Call out all existing database for repeat projects.
- Liaise with marketing manager for social media post of relevant shoot work.
- To coordinate with Shoot Manager / Director & plan shoot training once a quarter.
- Maintain & update consolidated client database of old, new leads etc.
- To work with Shoots Director to help build stylists base to the shoot crew team.
