**Job Title**: Sales & Marketing Executive

**Location**: Karvad, Vapi.
**Reporting To**: Sales Manager / Marketing Manager
**Job Summary**:
The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for driving sales growth and expanding market share by identifying new business opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and developing strategic marketing plans. The role requires a strong understanding of petrochemical products, market trends, and customer needs.
**Key Responsibilities**:Sales Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation & Prospecting**:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the petrochemical sector.
- Build a pipeline of potential clients through research, networking, and industry events.
- **Customer Management**:
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns promptly.
- **Sales Execution**:
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and proposals to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale in alignment with company policies.
- **Revenue Goals**:
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Track and report sales performance metrics to management.
**Marketing Responsibilities**:
- **Market Research**:
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor strategies, and customer demands.
- Provide insights to inform product development and pricing strategies.
- **Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote petrochemical products and services.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials (brochures, flyers, digital content).
- **Brand Management**:
- Enhance brand visibility through participation in trade shows, conferences, and industry forums.
- Ensure consistency in messaging and adherence to the company’s branding guidelines.
- **Digital Marketing**:
- Optimize the company website for SEO and maintain updated product information.
**Skills & Competencies**:
- Strong knowledge of petrochemical products and industry trends.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.).
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Chemistry, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of sales/marketing experience in the petrochemical or related industry.
- Certification in Sales/Marketing (preferred).
**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:
- Sales revenue and volume targets achieved.
- Number of new clients acquired.
- Customer satisfaction and retention rates.
- Effectiveness of marketing campaigns (leads generated, conversion rates).
- Contribution to market share growth.
