- Strong knowledge and hands on experience with Microsoft Active Directory and associated technologies
- Strong understanding of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems and troubleshooting
- Working Experience with Azure cloud services and hybrid cloud configurations
- Working Experience supporting a cloud based VDI solution
- Demonstrate experience using PowerShell for administration, reporting, and automation

**Activities to Perform**:

- Experience with Privileged Identity and secrets management systems like HashiCorp Vault and Beyond Trust Privileged Identity (formerly Lieberman Red / ERPM) or similar
- Experience with Office 365 administration or Azure cloud administration
