Job Details:
Role: Admission Counselor (Sales)
Experience: 6 months - 3 years (ed-tech or inside sales preferred)
Location: Remote (Work from Home)
Annual CTC: ₹3,60,000 - ₹4,80,000
Fixed Pay: ₹3,00,000/year
Variable Pay: ₹60,000 - ₹1,80,000/year (performance-based)
Key Responsibilities:
Drive enrollment and revenue through consultative selling
Build trust and maintain follow-ups to ensure smooth onboarding
Collaborate with internal teams for a seamless sales pipeline
