- **Staying Current**:Keeping abreast of industry advancements in lubricant technology, raw materials, and competitor products.
- **Quality Control**:Ensuring the quality of R&D work and compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
- **Documentation**:Maintaining detailed records of experiments, test results, and findings.
- **Innovation**:Contributing to the development of new and innovative lubricant technologies.

Skills and Qualifications:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Prior experience in lubricant development, testing, or formulation.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in performing various lubricant testing methods (e.g., tribological, rheological).
- **Soft Skills**: Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- **Knowledge**: Understanding of lubricant chemistry, additive technology, and relevant industry standards.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,636.48 - ₹30,000.00 per month
