The role involves designing and conducting experiments, optimizing processes, and supporting technology transfer from lab to pilot and plant scale.Requirements M.Sc. in Organic / Industrial Chemistry with 2–3 years of relevant R&D experience Exposure to surfactants, emulsifiers, and process scale-up Strong understanding ofethoxylation and any one of the following -esterification, sulfonation, , propoxylation, and carboxylation reactions Hands-on experience with autoclaves, EO/PO handling. Detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and collaborative team playerRoles and Responsibilities Conduct lab-scale experiments for process development and optimization. Work on yield improvement, impurity profiling, and process safety. Maintain experimental records, prepare reports, and ensure documentation accuracy.
