**About the Role**:
We are looking for a **Student Finance & Sales Associate**to assist in the processing and coordination of education loans for students planning to study abroad. This is a fresher-level role ideal for someone with good communication skills, a basic financial understanding and interest in the education sector.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Promote and explain education loan offerings to students and parents.
- Coordinate with students to collect and verify documents as per bank/NBFC requirements.
- Follow up rigorously with students, parents, and financial partners to ensure timely processing and disbursal.
- Maintain detailed trackers, CRM systems, and regular status reports.
- Build and nurture relationships with banking representatives and ensure smooth workflow.
- Address and resolve loan-related queries with a solution-focused approach.
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English + regional language).
- Basic knowledge of financial documents and MS Excel.
- Comfortable with target-based work and handling pressure.
- Internship or exposure in finance, sales, or education sector preferred.

Pay: ₹107,517.85 - ₹400,000.00 per year
