2. Telecalling Responsibilities

Appointment Confirmation: Call patients to confirm, reschedule, or cancel appointments.

Patient Follow-Up: Contact patients for follow-ups, test results, or feedback.

Inquiry Handling: Answer calls about appointments, services, or billing.

Emergency Call Assistance: Redirect emergency calls to the right department.

Cold Calling: Reach out to potential patients about hospital services.

3. General Duties

Patient Relations: Handle patient questions or concerns, ensuring satisfaction.

Communication Skills: Provide clear and compassionate communication.

Reporting: Prepare daily or weekly reports on appointments and calls.

Problem Solving: Quickly resolve patient concerns or issues.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹240,000.00 per year
