Field Sales Executive

The Field Sales Executive is responsible for selling products and services to customers in order to meet sales targets. This includes developing new business, managing existing accounts, conducting market research, and keeping up with industry trends. The Field Sales Executive must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently.
- Responsibilities:_

Develop new business opportunities and manage existing accounts

Research potential customers and identify sales opportunities

Generate leads through networking, cold calls, and other methods

Negotiate prices with customers

Monitor customer satisfaction levels

Keep up with industry trends

Participate in trade shows and conferences

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets

**Requirements**:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision

Bachelor’s degree (preferred)

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

**Salary**: ₹8,485.58 - ₹14,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
