Overview: The Global SharePoint and Office 365 Solutions Administrator role is responsible for overseeing the design, development, and management of SharePoint and Office 365 Solutions across the organization, ensuring their proper functioning, availability, and constant improvement. This role will collaboratively work with stakeholders to understand their requirements, streamline business processes, enhance collaboration and information management capabilities, and administer the Office 365 environment. The individual in this position will ensure efficient deployment and maintenance of SharePoint and Office 365 Solutions on a global scale. Responsibilities:

- SharePoint and Office 365 Strategy and Governance: Develop and implement a comprehensive SharePoint and Office 365 strategy aligned with organizational goals. Establish governance guidelines and best practices for SharePoint and Office 365 usage globally. Monitor and evaluate SharePoint and Office 365 usage patterns, recommend improvements, and administer licenses.
- SharePoint and Office 365 Management and Administration: Manage SharePoint and Office 365 environments for the Global team. Monitor and troubleshoot SharePoint and Office 365 issues, ensuring high availability of services.
- Collaboration and Content Management: Improve content management processes and ensure effective document management solutions. Train and support Global team end-users in utilizing SharePoint and Office 365 features and functionalities.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in in computer science, information technology, or a related field. - Required
- Master's Degree - Preferred
- 1 year of experience in Proven experience in designing, developing, and managing SharePoint and Office 365 solutions within a global organization.
