**Responsibilities**:
Initiate cost saving measures and control of budgets.
Upmost utilization of man hours with efficiency and effect.
Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of consistent standards of service Smooth communication and discipline.
Neat presentation and proper greeting.
Ensure excellence in Facilities Operations.
Check the reports, files, registers maintained in the department.
Conduct pre & post event inspections.
Ensures the proper maintenance of all equipment; makes arrangements for repair and/or replacement of used and damaged equipment.
Ensure housekeeping procedures and training checklists are in place, maintained and adhered to.
Report deficiencies in a timely manner and maintain detailed logs.
Ensure policies and standard operating procedures are followed consistently and look for areas of opportunity.
Pest control management.
Horticulture/landscaping management.
Organize, supervise and coordinate the work of housekeeping staff on day
- to day basis
Conduct training for the staff.
Counsel and motivate staff on various duties.
Check the reports, files, registers maintained in the department.
Prepare duty rosters for the HK Staff.
Ensure 100% accuracy of data/ records required to be maintained.
SAP - ensure required data / reports are processed on timely basis.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure focus is on cost saving measures and quality products.
Give timely feedback to the vendor & ensure the bring improvement in the service.
Follow up for pending tasks until closure
Skills & Requirement:
Need Graduate in Hotel Management.
Had min. 5 years of experience in Hotel Management.
Localize or able to commute to the location.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹9,442.16 - ₹32,585.28 per month
