**Role Overview**

We are seeking a motivated and goal-driven **Property Sales Assistant** to join our in-office team. This is a **commission-based role**, ideal for someone who is passionate about property, confident in communication, and eager to grow an investor portfolio.

You’ll earn:

- **2% commission on each sale closed**:

- **0.5% commission on self-generated leads**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls and engage with warm and cold leads.
- Build strong relationships with potential investors through consultations.
- Clearly present UK-based Sharia-compliant property investment models (Murabaha, Diminishing Musharakah, Traditional Musharakah).
- Guide clients through the entire sales and onboarding process, including AML/KYC checks and contract completion.
- Maintain detailed knowledge of available investment products and cross-sell where appropriate.
- Collaborate with your account manager to convert leads into closed deals.
- Use personal and professional networks to grow your investor base.
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain long-term relationships for future investments.
- Schedule and lead meetings with clients to inform them of ongoing and upcoming opportunities.
- Stay organised and manage multiple clients efficiently.

**What We're Looking For**
- Fluency in **spoken and written English**.
- Previous experience in **sales**, **property**, **finance**, or related sectors is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain complex investment models in a clear and engaging way.
- Self-motivated and highly driven by commission-based earning potential.
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate clients across various time zones.
- Willingness to make cold calls and proactively generate leads where needed.
