**Educational & Other Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in law, Business Administration, partial or newly qualified CS, or related field.
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and positive interpersonal attitude.
- Familiarity with agile, waterfall or hybrid software development methodologies.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Results-oriented, self-motivated professional with commitment to timeline and quality.

Mandatory Skills

1.Should have good experience in Both Accounting & compliance part

2.Understanding of compliance, corporate governance, and legal documentation.

3.Experience in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements is highly preferred.

**Job Description & Desired Skills**

1.Preferred to have experience in Compliance and Finance

2.Analysis of financial reports and analysis of open item pertaining to different accounts

3.Assist in maintaining compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.

4.Support the drafting, reviewing, and editing of legal documents such as agreements, contracts, and terms of service.

5.Help in preparing and filing documents required for compliance and corporate governance, including minutes of meetings and resolutions.

6.Organize and maintain digital and physical legal files for easy access and retrieval.

7.Collaborate with various departments to gather information and documentation for compliance and legal processes.

8.Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports for internal and external stakeholders using Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.

9.Ensure confidentiality of all sensitive information.
