**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Designing and implementing CRM systems to meet business requirements
- Managing data integration and ensuring data accuracy within the CRM platform
- Developing and maintaining CRM workflows and processes
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience
- Providing technical support and training to CRM users
- Monitoring system performance and identifying areas for improvement

**Requirements**:

- Proficiency in system design and system architecture
- Experience with load balancing, Kubernetes, Python, Azure, SQL, AWS, and Shell Scripting
- Strong knowledge of CRM best practices
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
