We are seeking a **Senior Sales Engineer** based in **Kolkata** who is experienced, self-driven, and willing to travel frequently across Bengal, Chhattisgarh, Orissa, Assam, and nearby industrial regions. This role involves both **client visits**and **lead conversion**, as well as providing basic technical coordination with our in-house and outsourced production teams.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.
- Regularly visit industrial clients across assigned regions.
- Understand customer requirements and provide product-based solutions.
- Coordinate with the design and production teams for timely deliveries.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.

**Requirements**:

- **8-10 years** of sales experience in **industrial products**, preferably **couplings and pulleys**.
- Sound technical knowledge of mechanical power transmission components.
- Willingness to **travel frequently**.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a lean team.
