**Customer Service Executive for USA Marine Insurance Voice Process**
This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune. The Customer Service Executive will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, and supporting customer needs on a daily basis.
- Call Handling from Customers and resolving the queries
- Try to deliver a resolution on the first conversation
- Ensure adherence to Client Service Level Agreements(SLAs) like Customer Satisfaction, Service Level, Handle Time & Customer Effort
**Qualifications**:
- Any Graduate/Under Graduate with Good communication & Excellent English Fluency
- IELTS/TOEFL: 6+ score in added advantage
- Interpersonal skills, including active listening
- Ability to maintain customer satisfaction, including problem-solving and conflict resolution
- Experience in providing excellent customer support, even under pressure
- Knowledge of customer service management techniques
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Customer service certification or training is a plus
**Job Type**: Full-time
Working Days: Monday to Friday, Sat and Sun fixed Week Off

**Salary**: ₹21,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month
