We are now looking for an experienced **IT Support Technician** to join our IT team in Kochi, India.

In the role of **1st & 2nd Line **Technical Support, you work in our Service Desk and receive incidents and service requests in our ITSM system, as well as over the phone. You categorize, prioritize, troubleshoot, and escalate issues to other teams when necessary. Additionally, you document and create knowledge base articles, actively contributing to being the Single Point of Contact for our internal customers. Your approach is service-oriented, composed, attentive, and accommodating. You have an interest, willingness, and ability to assist others, and you strive to deliver solutions. Managing multiple activities simultaneously is something you find enjoyable and exciting. You collaborate effectively with others, relating to them in a responsive and flexible manner. **Who are** **we looking for?**
- Fluent in English both written and spoken.
- Troubleshooting hardware and software within PCs, telephony, and other IT components.
- Basic Network (LAN/WAN) troubleshooting.
- 2-years of experience in Tech Support.

**Additional requirements**:

- Experience in basic Active Directory and basic Azure Active Directory.
- MS Exchange is a plus
