Cook/chef

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and prepare multi-cuisine meals (Indian, Chinese, and Breakfast).
- Maintain taste, presentation, and hygiene standards.
- Manage kitchen inventory, raw material purchase lists, and stock rotation.
- Supervise and train kitchen helpers or cooks.
- Coordinate with resort management for menu planning for day picnics, events, and stays.
- Ensure cleanliness and food safety compliance at all times.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum **3-5 years of experience** as a chef in a resort, restaurant, or hotel setup.
- Strong knowledge of **Indian and Chinese cuisines** and ability to create appealing breakfast options.
- Leadership skills to manage the kitchen team independently.
- Flexibility to work during weekends and special events.
- Passion for cooking and maintaining consistency in taste and quality.
