**Who we are?**

**Position: Talent Coordinator**

**Responsibilities**:

- Understands the profiles and mindset required for Community
- Helps build brand awareness to create a pipeline of applicant
- Provides feedback on recruitment and our name in the industry
- Encourages current suppliers to join the Community and sets the objective rates with them
- Cooperates with Regional Community Managers/Silo Managers to make sure the resourcing needs are met.
- There are enough Community members in the language(s) he/she is responsible for to meet the staffing requirements.
- The newly onboarded Community members are involved in WOL projects.
- Requalifies suppliers if needed, negotiates rates with suppliers to meet the company’s rate objectives, manages relationships with existing suppliers, helps and assists RM/CM team in case of need.

**Office timing: 9 AM to 6 PM**

**5 days working - Sunday fixed off.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
