Job Description: Pre-sales Executive - Luxury Real EstateKey Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients through proactive follow-ups, converting enquiry into leads and sales opportunities.
- Understand individual client needs and preferences to recommend tailored real estate solutions that align with their requirements.
- Conduct both warm and cold calls to drive interest and expand the customer base.
- Respond efficiently to both inbound and outbound customer inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, lead progression, and follow-up actions using Salesforce (SFDC) or other CRM tools.
- Coordinate closely with the marketing and site teams to ensure a seamless and positive experience during client site visits.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a real estate sales role, preferably within the luxury residential segment.
- Highly self-motivated, energetic, and creative with a passion for sales and customer engagement.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with high-value clients.
- Solid understanding of the sales funnel, from initial lead generation through to final transaction.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and Word.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce (SFDC) is preferred.
- Weekends working.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
