**Site Supervisor / Manager - JD - Level 100 Realty**
- Regularly checking construction sites to identify and mitigate potential safety risks.
- Overseeing and guiding the construction team and subcontractors.
- Training site workers on safety regulations in construction and procedures for accidents.
- Implementing site safety regulations to reduce work-related accidents and injuries.
- Managing site accidents following the established accident protocol.
- Keeping an accurate log of construction worker attendance.
- Assessing the performance of construction workers and implementing disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Reviewing blueprints to ensure construction projects adhere to design, safety, and budget requirements.
- Suggesting modifications to construction processes or procedures to enhance efficiency.
- DCompletion of a post-secondary education construction training program.
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction science, civil engineering, or related field is preferred.
- Proven experience working as a site supervisor.( 1 - 4 years)
- Sound knowledge of building codes and construction safety regulations.
- Working knowledge of construction tools and equipment.
- The ability to interpret construction plans.
- Outstanding leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
