Curriculum and Content Design:
Develop a comprehensive curriculum for both online and offline classes, aligning with institutional policies and procedures.

Prepare daily offline class slides, question papers for exams, and question banks for comprehensive exam preparation.

Create and manage a Q-bank to aid in effective learning and assessment.

Class Delivery:
Conduct occasional live classes in accordance with the course descriptions and learning outcomes.

Respond to student queries on discussion boards for both recorded and live classes.

Clarify doubts raised on WhatsApp/Telegram groups and ensure a safe and orderly learning environment.

Content Preparation for Live Sessions:
Prepare thoroughly for live sessions, resolving students' doubts with clear explanations.

Be punctual and available during live sessions as per the schedule.

Study Material Management:
Create study materials, slides, videos, and other teaching aids based on the curriculum and Xylem Learning standards.

Tailor course materials to accommodate students' varying levels and abilities.

Safeguard the custody of course materials, ensuring their appropriate use and maintenance.

Meetings and Reports:
Participate in organization-level meetings with Course Coordinators and Mentor Chiefs.

Adhere to Xylem Learning's processes and policies.

Provide constructive feedback on sessions, batches, and courses, incorporating insights from student and parent feedback.

Continuously improve knowledge and competence in the relevant academic discipline.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Excellent Subject knowledge & willingness to research.
- Have a proper understanding of Instructional Design
- Experience in creating High Standard PPTs for the target group of students.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
- Experience using Google Slides or PowerPoint Presentation
- Good organization skills.
- Strong problem-solving and creative skills, with a clearly defined design point of view.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
