Job Description:

- #LI-DNI
- Ability to document and execute SIT test case and test scenarios.
- Knowledge on Contact center and its testing.(Telephony, SIP, ACD, IVR, Digital Channels, VoiceBot). Knowledge on one of the product like, Cisco, Genesys, Sprinklr,Nice.
- Knowledge and Handson on API testing, integration. (Manual and Automated testing)
- Brief knowledge of database, Oracle, SQL, or any open source like Mongo DB etc.
- Should be carry out testing in below technical areas Backup/Restoration (DB, App) AND Encryption of DB fields.
- Alerts, Escalations, and SLA management for system maintenance
- Encryption of sensitive logs
- Error handling, response time, Bandwidth utilization etc.
- Facilitate end user technical knowledge transfer after deployment of the solution.
- Key Skills:

- Telephony, SIP, ACD, IVR, Digital Channels, Voice Bot, Cisco, Genesys, Sprinklr, Nice, API testing, integration. (Manual and Automated testing)
