**About Us**:
BALJ Services Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an enthusiastic and driven E-commerce Telesales Executive to join our team. This role is perfect for someone with strong communication skills, an interest in sales, and experience in driving online business growth.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sales Outreach**:
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers and prospects to promote and sell our products/services.
- Identify sales opportunities through cold calling, following up on leads, and nurturing customer relationships.
- **Product Knowledge & Presentation**:
- Provide detailed product information and demonstrate features, advantages, and benefits over the phone.
- Create persuasive pitches based on customer needs, ensuring effective communication and clear articulation of value propositions.
- **Lead Conversion & Order Management**:
- Convert leads into sales by managing the customer journey from interest to final purchase.
- Process and manage orders through the e-commerce platform, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients through regular calls, updates, and personalized attention.
- Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- **Sales Reporting & Performance**:
- Track and report daily/weekly sales activities and key metrics such as calls made, deals closed, and conversion rates.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and work towards continual improvement.
- **Collaboration**:
- Work closely with the e-commerce and marketing teams to stay updated on new products, promotions, and pricing strategies.
- Provide feedback and insights from customer interactions to improve marketing strategies and product offerings.
**Skills and Qualifications**:
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in telesales, customer service, or telemarketing, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.
- Previous experience with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Amazon, etc.) is a plus.
- **Skills**:
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a persuasive, confident phone manner.
- Strong sales abilities with a focus on customer needs and satisfaction.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively, especially when handling high call volumes.
- **Technical Proficiency**:
- Familiarity with CRM software and e-commerce platforms.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles (e.g., upselling, cross-selling, product targeting).
- **Other**:
- Goal-oriented with a passion for meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a strong team player.
- High school diploma required; a bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
