Noida, India Ameriprise Financial Full time

Support US Corporate Tax group in Tax compliance functions which includes tax return filing, payments, accounting, reconciliation, audit support,etc. for US Sales and Use Tax, State Income Tax, Personal Property tax, Premium tax, State Withholding and International VAT for different Countries.

**Responsibilities**

Sales and Use tax returns preparation, making tax payments to jurisdictions, prepare journal entries for tax payments, Prepare account reconciliations.
Preparing State Income tax returns, Filing Extension and Estimates, Preparation of Apportionment Workpapers and packets, State Tax Attributes and other return supporting documents.
Preparing Personal Property tax renditions, Bill Payments, Responding to Tax Jurisdiction Notices and providing supporting documents for audits.
Making Daily State Withholding Tax Deposits and Returns, Responding to Tax Jurisdiction Notices
Review Invoices for potential tax issues and Tax law research
Premium Tax Estimates & Returns and Preparation of International VAT Returns

**Required Qualifications**

B.Com/BBA with Masters (M.Com/MBA)
1-3 Years of Experience
