**Responsibilities**:

- Should be able to identify and diagnose psychological, emotional or behavioral issues under guidance of an expert.
- Help in developing, designing and implementing treatment/therapy plans.
- Help and guide clients in defining goals and plan action to achieve personal, social and educational development.
- Assist seniors in monitoring client progress through regular meetings or sessions.
- Conducting activities.

**Qualifications/Skills**:

- Knowledge of psychological theory and practice.
- Effective Communication skills.
- Interest in how people think and process information.
- Ability to empathize with a wide range of people.
- Competent to handle stressful and volatile situations.

**Education and Experience Requirements**:

- **MSW / MPhil **inPsychiatric Social work with a relevant experience of 2-3 years.
- FRESHER’s can also apply.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Gurgaon - 122102, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- total work: 1 year (preferred)

- Hindi & English (required)
