Experience of working within the civil engineering sector in project controls
- Experience in the use of project planning software (MSP / Primavera) and capability in creating project structures (WBS / OBS). managing a range of project management activities, systems (including enterprise resource planning) and processes
- Experience in managing multiple programmes at once and generating / analysing project performance data.
- Experience of the management and control of documents and drawings etc, to ensure accurate registration and storage across multiple projects.
- Previous experience in aviation projects is preferred but not essential.
- A good understanding of planning and document control processes and best practice.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills and excellent communications skills.
- A degree qualification and/or higher qualification with 3+ years relevant experience in project controls

- Forming trusting relationships with colleagues to ensure effective co-ordination for mutually beneficial outcomes.
- Working with the Project Managers and coordinating between various project team members ensuring projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the agreed quality standard.
- Developing and maintaining project programmes using Microsoft Project.
- Producing project controls reports to meet client and business requirements.
- Developing and implementing document control processes to meet client and business requirements.
- Briefing and liaison with the team as required.
