Role Overview:

As Manager – Project Controller at Incuspaze, you will own project governance, controls, and reporting across fit-out and coworking space projects. You'll leverage your expertise in Primavera P6, Microsoft Dynamics, and Power BI to drive on-time, on-budget delivery and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning & Scheduling

  • Build and maintain detailed project schedules using MS Project Zoho Projects.
  • Track milestones, critical paths, and resource allocations - proactively flagging deviations.

Governance & Controls

  • Implement project control frameworks and change-management processes.
  • Chair weekly steering-committee reviews; manage risk and issue logs.

Dashboarding & Reporting

  • Develop real-time Power BI dashboards for cost, schedule, and risk visibility.
  • Produce concise MIS reports and executive summaries for leadership.

Procurement & Cost Management

  • Oversee PO creation, vendor coordination, and materials tracking.
  • Monitor budget vs. actual spends; recommend corrective actions to contain costs.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Align Design, MEP, IT, Procurement, and Operations teams via clear SLAs and handover protocols.
  • Partner with the in-house development team to evolve our custom project-management tool..

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 5+ years in project controls/project management (fit-out or infrastructure), with 2+ years leading PMO functions.
  • Technical Skills: Proven mastery of Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Dynamics, Power BI, Advance Excel, and Microsoft dynamics, Zoho ERP.
  • Core Competencies: Strong analytical skills, risk-mitigation mindset, procurement acumen, and stakeholder management.
  • Education: Bachelor's in Civil Engineering (PG in Advanced Construction Management from NICMAR preferred).
